The present invention relates to a personal information security system, which can implement irreversible encryption by using a unidirectional access key and increase security by using a dynamic key. The personal information security system using unidirectional access key generation, related to one embodiment of the present invention, can comprise: a service provider for providing a predetermined service to a plurality of users; a data provider, which comprises a database in which a plurality of data pieces respectively corresponding to the plurality of users is stored, masks the plurality of data pieces according to a request of the service provider and issues a masking key corresponding to the masking; and a public certification center for managing a key table in which an issuance history of the masking key is registered and generating a matching key on the basis of the issuance history registered in the key table.
