The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting representative samples for analyzing living organisms in ballast water, which collects the representative samples of the ballast water in order to analyze whether living organisms are present in the ballast water and analyze the amount of living organisms. More specifically, disclosed is an apparatus for collecting representative samples for analyzing living organisms in ballast water, comprising: an inlet part (10) which is connected to a main pipe in the inflow direction of ballast water fluid; an outlet part (30) provided at the other end of the inlet part (10); a body part (20) which is provided between the inlet part (10) and the outlet part (30) and is formed in an L, S, ㄷ, or U shape; and a mixer (40) which is provided between the body part (20) and the outlet part (30) and homogenizes the ballast water, wherein the ballast water fluid is fully mixed and derives a stabilized complete development region by means of the mixer.
