SPEECH LEARNING SYSTEM AND SPEECH LEARNING METHOD

This speech learning system (10) adapted for use in a vehicle provides a user in the vehicle with learning content through speech. The speech learning system (10) comprises: a learning element storage unit (14) which stores a plurality of learning elements constituting learning content; a travel time estimation unit (12) which estimates a travel time representing the amount of time the user travels in the vehicle; a learning program generation unit (15) which combines multiple learning elements out of the plurality of learning elements to generate a one-time learning program that will end within the travel time estimated by the travel time estimation unit; and an execution unit (17) which executes the learning program. This speech learning system makes it possible to encourage continuous study in a vehicle.
