The present invention relates to a communication technology enabling authentication and cryptographic communication based on quantum cryptography, and more specifically, to a device for cryptographic communication based on quantum cryptography through a repeater, the device for cryptographic communication being between a server and a communication terminal for improving the security of an alternative payment system based on mobile commerce; and to an authentication, payment and transaction method. The purpose of the present invention is to provide mobile commerce through user authentication by generating a secret key in a server or repeater through cryptographic communication based on quantum cryptography, the cryptographic communication occurring between a communication terminal comprising an optical transmission unit and the server or repeater comprising an optical reception unit, and sharing the generated secret key with the communication terminal.
