According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for monitoring blood pressure in real-time, comprising the steps of: calculating an estimation value of a deviation between two pulse transit time (PTT) values each measured at a first time interval by using PTT values measured for a preset time, and estimating a PTT value to be measured at a time point after the first time interval elapses from a current time point by using the calculated estimation value of the deviation and a PTT value measured at the current time point; calculating an estimation value of a deviation between two oxygen saturation (SpO2) values each measured at a second time interval by using SpO2 values measured for the preset time, and estimating an SpO2 value to be measured at a time point after the second time interval elapses from the current time point by using the calculated estimation value of the deviation and an SpO2 value measured at the current time point; and calculating a systolic blood pressure and a diastolic blood pressure at the current time point by using an electrocardiogram signal (ECG) value measured at the current time point, the estimated PTT value and the estimated SpO2 value.
