摘要

An aluminum slurry used for a crystalline silicon solar cell having an aluminum back surface field and manufacturing method thereof, the aluminum slurry comprising: 60-70% of an aluminum powder, 5-10% of a nano-metal oily solution, 1-10% of an inorganic bonding agent, 10-20% of an organic bonding agent, 5-30% of an organic solvent, and 1-5% of an additive. The manufactured aluminum slurry favorably completes a preparation process of a back surface of an aluminum back surface field. The aluminum slurry has a good cohesion and readily coheres favorably with a printed silver slurry, while the nano-metal oily solution added to the slurry enables the slurry and a silicon wafer to better contact, avoids separation of an aluminum backing layer, and forms a good ohmic contact, thus increasing a photoelectric conversion efficiency and providing economic benefits for an enterprise.
