STEAM TURBINE PLANT, COMBINED CYCLE PLANT PROVIDED WITH SAME, AND METHOD OF OPERATING STEAM TURBINE PLANT

A boiler (20) includes: one or more evaporators (22, 26) which heat inflowing water using a heating fluid, to at least a specific heat at constant pressure maximum temperature at which the specific heat at constant pressure is maximized; and one or more reheaters (31) which use the heating fluid to heat steam that has come out of the boiler (20). All the reheaters (31) that supply steam to a low-pressure steam turbine (43) are disposed only on a downstream side of a high-pressure evaporator (26). All the reheaters (31) heat steam for reheating (FRHS), the temperature of which is lower than the specific heat at constant pressure maximum temperature in the high-pressure evaporator (26), including steam that has passed through a high-pressure steam turbine (41) which is supplied with steam from the high-pressure evaporator (26), to a temperature that is lower than the specific heat at constant pressure maximum temperature.
