An expression of a urine apolipoprotein C-II (Apo C-II) in urine and an application thereof to urine content detection. A research verifies that an apolipoprotein C-II in urine has a relatively high abundance expression, and therefore information about disease diagnosis is obtained by detecting the expression quantity of the apolipoprotein C-II in the urine.
