The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a method, device and system for performing notification of a group priority in a group communication. By notifying a base station (BS) of the group priority of a group via a ProSe Function, the invention addresses the problem of how to notify the BS of the group priority in a group communication. The method provided in the present invention comprises: receiving, by the ProSe Function, a first message transmitted by an application server, wherein, the first message comprises: a first user identifier of a user equipment (UE), a first group identifier of the group in which the UE is located, and the group priority of the group; transmitting, by the ProSe Function, a notification message to the BS according to the received first message, wherein, the notification message comprises: a second user identifier of the UE, a second group identifier of the group, and the group priority of the group.
