Disclosed are a Bluetooth-based implementation method and system for a mobile phone to access an internal secure communication network. The method comprises a step of: S1, connecting an internal communication network to at least one mobile phone via an access gateway, such that the mobile phone can be used by internal terminals in the internal communication network. The system comprises an internal communication network, the internal communication network comprising a plurality of internal terminals; an access gateway, the access gateway being connected to at least one mobile phone via Bluetooth, and the access gateway being connected to the internal communication network via an E1 or IP network so as to achieve a corresponding connection between the mobile phone and the internal terminals in the internal communication network; and at least one mobile phone. The present invention, by connecting an internal communication network to at least one mobile phone via an access gateway, enables the mobile phone to be used by internal terminals in the internal communication network, saves resource overheads, and is simple in deployment, low in input cost, convenient to use and high in system security. The present invention can be widely applied to a scenario in which various mobile phones access an internal secure communication network system.
