The purpose of the present invention is to provide a network data capture and output device capable of capturing and outputting necessary data in a data capture function of capturing data traveling over a network.The network capture and output device is used in a control network system provided with a master device for controlling equipment, and a slave device connected to a control network that is connected to the equipment to be controlled and exchanges control data with the master device, and is connected between the master device and the slave device. The network capture and output device is provided with: a reception unit that receives a trigger signal from the master device or a trigger signal from outside; a storage unit that temporarily stores the control data transmitted/received between the slave device and the master device; a capture unit that captures data stored in the storage unit when the trigger signal from the mater device or the trigger signal from outside is received; and an output unit that outputs the data captured by the capture unit.
