An online detection system for a machine tool multi-energy source efficiency is composed of a hardware part and a software system; the hardware part comprises a related power sensor, a transmission and conversion interface, and an upper computer terminal for information reception and processing; the software system comprises a real-time energy efficiency detection module, a system parameter configuration module, an energy efficiency analysis module, and an historical query module for energy efficiency analysis resu the system is capable of online detecting and monitoring the dynamic energy consumption information of a main power system and all auxiliary systems of a machine tool, and also input energy, effective energy, process power, transient power, energy utilization ratio during the workpiece machining process, specific energy efficiency and effective utilization ratio of device during the entire workpiece machining process. The detection system with an integrated design is convenient and practical; in addition, a detection and analysis system is provided for improvements in the various parameters of energy efficiency of a machining system with high capacity and wide applicability, and also a supporting tool is provided to enhance state analysis, management control and energy conservation optimization of energy consumption and energy efficiency during the machining process.
