The present invention relates to a construction process control method, and in particular to a process control method applicable to optical fibre welding construction, which comprises the following steps: a first terminal collects construction process information at a construction site; the first terminal sends the collected construction process information and feature information related to the first terminal to a server; and a server end stores the information sent by the first terminal. The objective of the present invention is providing a construction process control method for completing the entire process of welding, mounting and maintenance service of an optical fibre more efficiently. Also disclosed are a system for implementing the method, and a terminal in the system.
