The composite extract according to the present invention protects hippocampal cells, increases the ability of neural stem cells to proliferate, inhibits the hyperphosphorylation of tau proteins, and increases cerebral blood flow, alleviates cerebral infarction, and improves memory, cognitive ability and learning ability in an animal model, and thus can be used in the prevention or treatment of cerebrophathy or a neurological disorder.
