According to the present invention, a nozzle assembly is mounted on a housing so as to rotate left and right, the driving force for the left-and-right rotation of the nozzle assembly is transmitted by means of a hydraulic turbine, rotating by means of a cooling water supplied from the housing, and a drive transmission assembly connected to the hydraulic turbine, a flow path is converted by means of a flow path conversion assembly, the flow path conversion by means of the flow path conversion assembly is performed by means of a first link assembly connected to the nozzle assembly, and a left-and-right rotation angle of the nozzle assembly is adjusted by means of a second link assembly connected to the nozzle assembly and the like. The present invention enables easy adjusting of a left-and-right rotation angle and contribution to efficiency enhancement of a photovoltaic power generation device by means of increased spray efficiency.
