The present invention is a technology which gathers atmospheric environment data provided by an outdoor atmospheric environment information server that is operated privately or publicly and indoor environment data collected from a homecare client; and on the basis of the results of mutual comparison, shows an occupant of the premises indoor atmosphere notification information. In particular, the present invention relates to a technology that: shows an occupant of the premises indoor environment notification information through a homecare client on the basis of the results of a comparison between atmospheric environment data and indoor environment data by a homecare agent; and generates an operation control command signal for driving one or more homecare appliances (e.g., a humidifier, a dehumidifier, an air cleaner, an air conditioner, and a window opening/closing device) inside a premises and controls the operation of the relevant homecare appliance on the basis of the results of the comparison between the atmospheric environment data and the indoor environment data by the homecare agent.
