An antenna assembly having a decoupling function, decoupling method and system. The antenna assembly having a decoupling function comprises: at least two parallel connected antennas (1, 2) having a coupling frequency in an operating process; a decoupling module (3), connected between any two antennas (1, 2) of the at least two antennas (1, 2) and comprising at least one decoupling unit (31), wherein each of the decoupling unit (31) comprises parallel connected and/or serial connected capacitor and inductor and is used to decouple any of the at least two antennas (1, 2); and a switch unit, connected to each of the decoupling unit (31) and used to control an operating status of each of the decoupling unit (31). The present invention overcomes a decoupling problem in an antenna assembly, realizes broadband decoupling, and reduces mutual interference in the antenna assembly.
