The invention relates to a method for producing a permanent magnet, in particular high-performance permanent magnet (P), and permanent magnets comprising a nanostructure, having the following steps: producing (S1) nanoparticles consisting of a hard-magnetic first phase; producing (S2) a soft-magnetic second phase at least partially around the first phase to form core-shell nanoparticles, characterised in that the producing (S1) of the hard-magnetic first phase is performed before and separate to the producing (S2) of the soft-magnetic second phase, and an aligning (S4) and a shaping (S5) of the nanoparticles is performed before, after or simultaneously to producing (S2) of the soft-magnetic second phase.
