An order terminal device which can easily acquire customer information such as age range, an order system, a customer information generation method, and a non-transitory computer readable medium that stores a program are provided. This order terminal device (1) comprises a learning result storage unit (2), an image acquisition unit (3), an age and sex estimation unit (4) and a customer information generation unit (5). The learning result storage unit (2) stores data resulting from learning of feature information of predetermined face images for each age range and sex. The image acquisition unit (3) acquires an image of a customer's face when seated in a seating position. The age and sex estimation unit (4) compares feature information of the face image acquired by the image acquisition unit (3) to feature information stored by the learning result storage unit (2) and estimates the age range and sex of the user. The customer information generation unit (5) generates customer information indicating the age range and sex of the customer on the basis of the age range and sex estimated by the age and sex estimation unit (4).
