This image diagnosis assistance device executes: processing for inputting images of cells; processing for extracting feature quantities of multiple direction components from processing subject images; processing for using the multiple feature quantities to assess whether the images belong to one class; and processing for determining whether the assessment processing has been completed for all of predetermined classes.
