[Problem] To provide an oral application material which makes it possible to easily introduce a polymeric medicinal ingredient, which has a large molecular weight and therefore is not suitable for the administration through an oral or transdermal route, into a body. [Solution] An oral application material which comprises a base material and a polymeric medicinal ingredient incorporated in the base material and which can be applied to the oral cavity to enable the relatively long-term contact of the polymeric medicinal ingredient with the oral cavity, thereby increasing the absorption amount of the polymeric medicinal ingredient. The base material is a film sheet-like molded material or a gel-like material, and the polymeric medicinal ingredient is an ingredient effective for beauty care purposes. The oral application material can be applied by adhering the oral application material onto the oral cavity. When the oral cavity is massaged with the oral application material in conjunction with an oral massaging instrument, it becomes possible to achieve total health promotion through the promotion of blood circulation, the improvement in absorption efficiency of the polymeric medicinal ingredient, the lymphatic stimulation and the like.
