Disclosed is a map-constructing-based charger finding method. The method comprises: constructing, by a mobile electronic apparatus, in real time, a map of a to-be-located zone where a charger is located; and when the mobile electronic apparatus receives a coordinate of a moving position transmitted by the charger after moving to the moving position, updating, based on the coordinate after the charger moves to the moving position, the constructed map. Thus, after the charger moves to the position, the mobile electronic apparatus can still find the charger to charge a battery accurately, and after the position of the charger changes, the position of the charger is only required to be updated on the construct map without reconstructing another map, thereby providing a low-cost, simple and effective operational technique effect.
