PAPER COMPOSITION USING OIL PALM TRUNK AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME

The present invention provides a paper composition in which the content of parenchyma cells is minimized in an oil palm trunk fiber. The present invention has effects in that: it is possible to solve an inherent problem of an oil palm trunk material, which comprises a high content of short and round-shaped parenchyma cells, and thus cannot be used as raw material for producing paper having excellent tensile strength, etc. due to interference of inter-fiber bonding; and it is possible to create added value from oil palm trunk, which has previously been treated as waste.
