Provided are an ore composition for generating small molecule water and a water generator and a seawater desalination equipment made therefrom, and a method for generating small molecule water. The ore composition contains a tourmaline in a content of 5-15 wt%; a quartz in a content of 5-15 wt%; a magnetic clay in a content of 25-35 wt%; a dolomite in a content of 15-20 wt%; a shale in a content of 15-20 wt% and a porcelain clay in a content of 5-25 wt%. The water generator contains the ore composition and an energy supply unit. The seawater desalination equipment contains the ore composition, a heat supply unit and a condensation unit. The method for generating small molecule water is applying the ore composition in water or an aqueous solution and providing energy.
