Disclosed is a method for identifying the legitimacy of a wireless access point (AP). The method comprises: a terminal acquiring identification information about an AP to be connected; matching the identification information with identification information stored in a first database; and when the matching is successful, determining the legitimacy of the AP. Further disclosed are a terminal, a system for identifying the legitimacy of an AP and a storage medium.
