The present invention provides a switching method between a CS domain and a PS domain, a switching system between a CS domain and a PS domain, and a terminal. The switching method comprises: acquiring a request to perform switching between a CS domain in which a first type-operating system resides and a PS domain in which a second type-operating system resides; determining whether a channel quality detection result of a network domain to be switched to meets a preset network domain channel quality detection result, where the network domain comprises the CS domain and the PS domain; and completing a switch process between the CS domain and the PS domain according to a determining result. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, frequent switching between network domains according to service requirements in the related art is avoided. Therefore, it is ensured that an effect of continuous communication of a terminal is implemented in a same network domain, and at the same time power consumption of the terminal caused by frequent switching between network domains is reduced, thereby improving user experience.
