A follow focus (33) comprises a signal receiver (334), a controller (335) and a first interface (332). The signal receiver (334) is electrically connected to the controller (335). The controller (335) is electrically connected to the first interface (332). The first interface (332) is electrically connected to a photographing device (10). The signal receiver (334) is configured to receive a control instruction for controlling to vary a focal length of a lens (13) of the photographing device (10) and transmit the control instruction to the controller (335). The controller (335) is configured to generate a corresponding control signal according to the control instruction and transmit the control signal to the photographing device (10) via the first interface (332). Also provided are a remote-controlled follow focus system (30) and aircraft (100) having the remote-controlled follow focus system.
