METHOD FOR JUDGING FAULT OF STIRRING MECHANISM IN FLOCCULATION PROCESS AND WASHING MACHINE

A washing machine and a method for judging a fault of a stirring mechanism in a flocculation process. The washing machine comprises a flocculation drum (1) for flocculating washing water. A stirring mechanism driven to rotate by a motor (6) is disposed in the flocculation drum (1). An ampere meter for detecting a working current of the motor (6) is disposed on the motor (6). A rotation speed sensor for detecting a rotation speed of the stirring mechanism is disposed on the stirring mechanism. The method comprises: driving, when a washing machine executes a flocculation program, a stirring mechanism to work by a motor (6), detecting a working current I and/or power P of the motor (6), and detecting a rotation speed V of the stirring mechanism; and giving, when any detection value is out of a corresponding set range, an alarm signal indicative of a fault of the stirring mechanism. By means of the device and method, a fault of a stirring mechanism can be judged accurately in time, so as to avoid a clothes pollution situation caused by backflow of water which is not completely flocculated. Meanwhile, the structure of the present invention is simple, and the method is simple, significant in effect, and suitable for spread use.
