Disclosed are an air valve, an integrated air pump and a wearable electronic sphygmomanometer. The air valve comprises a valve housing (105), the valve housing (105) having a first space and a second space being separated. A cavity wall of the first space having an air inlet (24) used for communicating with a gas pressurizing unit. An exhaust valve (103) is arranged between the first space and the second space. The exhaust valve (103) cut the communication of the second space with the outside under the effect of the pressure difference when the air pressure of the first space is greater than that of the second space. The exhaust valve (103) opens the communication of the second space with the outside when the air pressure of the first space is less than or equal to that of the second space. The cavity wall of the first space is provided with an air leak (28) used for communicating the first space with the outside, the air leak (28) being in communication with the air inlet (24) and being located at an inlet end of a check valve (102). The leaking gas flow of the air leak (28) is less than that of the air inlet (24). By means of the air valve, a rapid discharge can be realized without the addition of an additional deflation valve, and the air valve is suitable for a wearable device due to the simple structure thereof.
