When the management target object (105) is disposed on the management target object disposition area (110), the UHF band RFID system is disposed on a position where the reader antenna (102) and an antenna of the RFID tag of the first kind (104) are subjected to electric field coupling, and is disposed on a position where the reader antenna (102) and an antenna of the RFID tag of the second kind (703) are subjected to magnetic field coupling.
