The rescue seeking device comprises: a collection module (1) configured to acquire life feature parameter information about a user; a detection module configured to acquire the life feature parameter information about the user acquired by the collection module and generate a transmission signal when the life feature parameter information about the user exceeds a threshold range; a signal conversion module configured to select one or more wireless signal types from a plurality of wireless signal types, and convert the transmission signal into the selected wireless signal type, so as to obtain a first wireless transmission signal; and a first wireless chip module configured to send out the first wireless transmission signal to enable the user to still be able to send out a rescue seeking signal and display a life sign feature thereof in the case where the user encounters a disaster and loses consciousness and there are no cellular and GPS signals, so as to be rescued in time.
