The present invention relates to a city farm type apartment house and, more specifically, relates to an apartment having a common hallway on each floor and stairs; and an elevator to enable a user to move to another floor. The city farm type apartment house comprises: a living unit having a residential space unit inside; a farm unit having a vegetation space unit inside; and a dummy unit transmitting sunlight to the farm unit. The living unit and the farm unit are arranged in a horizontal row and a vertical line on the each floor. According to the present invention, the apartment house can be built in a form wherein the living unit and the farm unit are connected. As such, agriculture can be performed in the city, and the sunlight can also sufficiently be radiated to the farm unit by a dummy unit. Hence, the city farm type apartment house enables natural cultivation of crops in large quantities using both artificial and natural light.
