The present invention relates to a reactor for manufacturing a fermented feed, which can ferment a mixed feed all the time under an optimal condition and do a low temperature fermentation or a heating fermentation of a vacuum state in accordance with a fermentation process state or a fermentation temperature, and a manufacturing line of the fermented feed including the same. According to the present invention, the reactor comprises: a fermentation tank having a mixed feed insertion portion and a fermented feed discharge portion; a mixing element installed across the inside of the fermentation tank, and having a mixing rod supported by the fermentation tank to make both end portions be rotatable; a fermentation variable detection portion installed in the fermentation tank, measuring the temperature by a contact with the mixed feed, and measuring the humidity inside the fermentation tank; a temperature adjustment portion installed in the fermentation tank, and driven when adjusting the temperature inside the fermentation tank; and a humidity adjustment portion installed in the fermentation tank, and driven when adjusting the humidity inside the fermentation tank. The temperature adjustment portion comprises: a cooling element which decreases the temperature inside the fermentation tank; and a heating element which increases the temperature inside the fermentation tank. The humidity adjustment portion comprises: a steam injection head which supplies steam inside the fermentation tank; and a water supply head which supplies water.
