Disclosed are a method for processing digital assets and an apparatus (20) formed to perform the same. The apparatus includes an asset analyzing device (22) which analyzes (10) the digital assets to determine a context and attributes of the digital assets. Afterwards, a comparison device (23) compares (11) context, attributes, and information about actions with the determined context and attributes. Finally, an action unit (24) performs an action for a digital asset, specified by a tag, when the context and the attributes of the digital asset match the context and the attributes of the tag (12).
