The present invention relates to sustained release gastroretentive tablets for controlling gastric retention and release of a drug and, more specifically, to sustained release gastroretentive tablets floating/retaining in stomach while controlling release thereof soon after taking the same. The present invention easily controls release of the drug by not being affected by pH in the stomach, floating soon after meeting gastric juice, and adjusting content % of a release controlling agent. Therefore, the present invention can retain in the stomach without transition to small intestine and continuously release an active ingredient for a long time in case of oral administration even under the environment the pH and amount of the gastric juice are drastically changed depending on a diet, such as hypochlorhydria patients, administration before meals, and in case of a decrease in pH in the stomach or lack of gastric juice.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
