According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a valve trim device, which is capable of improving the durability of a valve in an environment-friendly method by performing a plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) treatment in a valve trim. The manufacturing method of the valve trim device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: immersing the valve trim including a valve sheet and a plug made of an aluminum alloy in an electrolyte; and performing the PEO treatment in the valve trim immersed in the electrolyte. Therefore, the manufacturing method of the valve trim device, a valve trim device, and a valve assembly having the valve trim device are capable of improving the durability of the valve in the environment-friendly method by performing the PEO treatment and have a simpler process than hard facing welding of a valve using conventional Stellite to significantly reduce costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
