Provided are a method for matching medical images, a device thereof, and a computer recording medium thereof. The method for matching medical images comprises the following steps of: performing first matching of matching first medical images having an image for matching and an image for displaying; performing second matching of matching second medical images with the images for matching wherein modalities of the second medical images are different from modalities of the first medical images; and extracting a section of a first medical image from the image for displaying by using the first matching and the second matching wherein the section of the first medical image corresponds to a section of a second medical image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
