The present invention relates to a wet nonwoven fabric for filter paper. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the wet nonwoven fabric for the filter paper with excellent filtering efficiency and an extended use period, and single fibers manufacturing the wet nonwoven fabric. The wet nonwoven fabric forming 2-10 number of crimps for each single fiber, and the single fibers manufacturing the wet nonwoven fabric are manufactured by passing a crimper in a process for radiating a polyester resin having 0.55-0.80 intrinsic viscosity. The single yarn fineness of the single fibers is in 0.5-10 denier range. The proper single yarn intensity is in 2.5-6 g/den range. The single fiber is a modified cross-section single fiber, and has a less than 12 mm fiber field. The single fiber is covered with 0.1-0.5 wt% of aqueous solution for water dispersion. The aqueous solution includes a nonionic surfactant, and a negative ion anti-static agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
