The present invention relates to a short message sending proxy system and, more specifically, to a short message sending proxy system through a direct relay of a personal smartphone terminal. The short message sending proxy system through a direct relay of a personal smartphone terminal comprises: a message transmission terminal for transmitting a message information; a message relay terminal for transmitting a message based on the message information; and a relay server for relaying the message information transmitted from the message transmission terminal to the message relay terminal.
