The present invention relates to a composition for suppressing immune response, comprising regulatory T cells and binding inhibitors of cluster of differentiation 40-cluster of differentiation 40 ligand (CD40-CD40L). According to the present invention, the composition enables a swine islet, which is transplanted to primates, to survive for a long period of time, and also exhibits high reproducibility as well, thereby being effectively used for preventing various immunorejection occurring in a recipient when operated with allogenic or xenogeneic organ transplantation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
