The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing an advertisement using big data, and a recording medium having a computer program recorded therein. The system for providing an advertisement includes: extracting activity information of a user by analyzing a content posting; generating the activity information as big data, and building a database; and then posting an extracted advertisement by adding the advertisement to a relevant content posting or a content posting of a friend of the user who uploads the relevant content posting by using the big data. Since the advertisement is selected on the basis of the activity information of the user which is the analyzed result of the content posting, the advertisement efficiency related to a particular product can be maximized.
