The present invention relates to a prefabricated house formed of high density EPS and a material for a prefabricated house and, more specifically, relates to a prefabricated house manufactured of a panel manufactured by high density EPS capable of being stably constructed to be lightweight at low costs, and a material for a prefabricated house wherein the material for the prefabricated house comprises a high-density EPS panel including high density EPS and lightweight concrete used to construct the prefabricated house; and a connection board and a coupling screw combining the high density EPS panels. The high-density EPS panel is formed at a fixated thickness, and a screw coupling pipe passing through an outer surface and an inner surface is formed on a place adjacent to upper, lower, right, and left outer ends of the EPS panel at fixated intervals. The high-density EPS panel is easily assembled and dismantled, thus continuously and repeatedly being used. The EPS and the lightweight concrete are formed with each other, such that production costs for high-density EPS panel are reduced; and moreover, the high-density EPS panel has its own hardness and an effect of controlling a performance of thermal insulation to correspond to a usage of a building.
