The present invention relates to a food waste grinding fermentation processor and a food waste processing system. More specifically, the food waste grinding fermentation processor comprises: a cover having an inlet where food waste is supplied in an upper portion by being connected to a sink drainage pipe, and having a space where multiple components are installed inside; a first fermentation container and a second fermentation container arranged inside the cover, and fermenting the food waste transferred from the inlet; and a sewage receiving container disposed between the inlet, and the the first fermentation container and the second fermentation container, and capable of being reciprocated to transmit the food waste, supplied through the inlet, to each of the first fermentation container or the second fermentation container. Accordingly, the inconvenience of collecting and transferring the food waste can be reduced, the process capacity can be increased, and fermentation time can be dramatically reduced.
