The present invention relates to a pressurized dissolution reaction, a method of circulating type advanced water treatment using ozone, and a device for treating water thereof. More specifically, the present invention recycles a part of purified water treated by reacting typical wastewater or degradable wastewater with ozone, depending on a pollution degree to circulating water, mixes wastewater which is supplied with circulating water which is recycled, and thus treats the wastewater by regulating a supply amount of the ozone by total flux which flows in a pipe after treating the pollution degree of the wastewater which is supplied by a first dilution.
