The present disclosure relates to a method for extracting organic germanium and functional mineral water using a hydroponic cultivation method. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, the method for extracting organic germanium and functional mineral water using a hydroponic cultivation method comprises the following steps: preparing powdered inorganic germanium; solubilizing the powdered inorganic germanium; cultivating a predetermined plant by using the solublized inorganic germanium; and generating organic germanium distilled water by vacuum distillating the predetermined plant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
