The present invention relates to a high-magnification continuous zoom far-infrared optical system. The optical system has a structure having an object lens facing an object to capture a phase by receiving far-infrared rays of the object and a magnification lens, a fixed lens, a compensation lens, and an imaging lens successively arranged from a rear side of the objective lens in an optical axis direction. The magnification lens converts a magnification of the phase while moving in the optical axis direction. The compensation lens compensates a defocus occurred in the distance and temperature variation of the object while moving in the optical axis direction.
