The present invention relates to a method for preparing ginseng-salt for salted Lamellated oysters which includes beneficial ingredients of ginseng, provides ideal fermentation, removes fishy smell, enhances flavor, and is especially suitable for preparing salted Lamellated oysters. The present invention also relates to ginseng-salt thereof. The method for preparing ginseng-salt for salted Lamellated oysters comprises: a first process for removing bittern from solar sa a second process for placing the solar salt from which the bittern is removed through the first process in a kiln to roast the salt by low heat for at least a predetermined time; a third process for depositing the salt roasted through the second process into a ginseng fermented broth for a predetermined time; a fourth process for withdrawing the salt deposited through the third process from the ginseng fermented broth, and putting the same into a net to be naturally dehydrated for a predetermined time; a fifth process for drying the salt dehydrated through the fourth process with warm air at a constant temperature for a predetermined time while sterilizing the same; and a sixth process for grinding the salt dried and sterilized through the fifth process into a certain size. The ginseng fermented broth is prepared by mixing milk: sugar: and ginseng powder at a volume ratio of 1 : 1 : 2, and fermenting the same at a constant temperature for a predetermined time.
