An embodiment of the present invention relates to a pulse compression device capable of effectively compressing a pulse laser and a pulse compression system with the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pulse compression device provides a pulse laser to one of cores of multi-core optical fiber of a pulse compressor through single core optical fiber of a pulse input device, compresses the pulse laser by mode coupling phenomena and non-linear effects between the cores of the multi-core optical fiber, and outputs only the compressed pulse laser to the outside through the single core optical fiber of a pulse output device.
