A hair transplantation device comprises: a scan unit for scanning the scalp by section; a control unit for determining a hair loss region and a provided region by analyzing the degree of hair loss by the section, and determining the number of hair follicle transplanted to the hair loss region from the provided position, the position of the hair follicle collected from the provided position, and the position of the hair follicle transplanted to the hair loss region, by mapping the hair loss region and the provided region; and an output unit for displaying the position of the hair follicle collected from the provided region and the position of the hair follicle transplanted to the hair loss region in a direct and visual manner. Accordingly, the device is capable of transplanting hair in an efficient and balanced manner.
