The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube for immobilizing a metal nanoparticle on a carbon nanotube by using reducibility of lipid after binding the lipid to the carbon nanotube. According to the present invention, the method is capable of immobilizing in a nanoparticle form by using reducibility of lipid bonded to a carbon nanotube and reducing metal on the surface of the carbon nanotube. The present invention is capable of controlling the size or generation of a metal nanoparticle through the lipid bonded to the carbon nanotube. The method of the present invention is capable of immobilizing the metal nanoparticle on the carbon nanotube in an eco-friendly manner by using lipid which broadly exists in a natural system.
